FAQ

  • How much is the minimum spend?

    If you’re still undecided about

what to get or want to save up,

getting a piercing is much cheaper

    and quicker than a tattoo.

In fact our piercings start from

    £20.00 ( lobe piercing ) and

    their prices increase based

    on the placement and the

    jewellery used.

The start price for a tattoo is

    £50.00 and the price varies

    based on size, placement

    and details.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins, however, depending on how busy the shop is - availability may be limited.

However, if you are thinking to get a last-minute tattoo or piercing you might want to give us a call or drop us a message via our social media channels to check availabilities on the day.

  • How can I book an appointment?

The best way would be to fill in the booking form on our website, as that will give us a lot more information and make things easier for you. However, you can also send us an email or drop us a message via our social media channels.

    When you book an appointment, make sure you are giving us as much information as possible about the tattoo you plan to get, such as;

Placement, approximate size, details and style of the tattoo.

Feel free to attach some reference pictures on the booking form, so that we can make sure we are on the same page.

If you have decided that you want to book a tattoo session, you’ll be asked for a down payment of £50.00 (or 20% of the full amount in case of big projects) in order to confirm the booking.

This amount is going to be taken off the final bill

(example: if your tattoo is quoted £100.00, your

deposit is £50.00 and at the end of your session

    you only pay £50.00).

  • How much will my tattoo be?

We charge based on design, size and placement.

Sometimes it's very hard for both the customer and the artist to agree on a price, the last thing we want is to mistakenly overcharge you for a design, so we will ask for your budget, and we can work the design around that.

  • Can I consult with you before my appointment?

Yes, the best way to do this would be to visit the studio, and have a chat with your artist. They will explain to you the full process, and make any neccessary changes to your design.

  • Do you do cover ups?

Cover-ups are a huge responsibility for an artist. Sometimes a cover-up is doable, and other times it is not. There are many different opinions on the subject.

What you should do is book a consultation with us, in order to discuss the tattoo you want to be fixed or covered. Remember, sometimes what you had in mind is not what the tattooist would recommend. So here’s a little hint: Try to be as flexible as you possibly can, and consider the tattooists' advice is. They only

wish to help you with their professional opinion.

  • What do I need to bring?

It is essential that you bring a form of ID to your tattoo/piercing appointment. The types of ID we accept are; driving license, passport, residence permit, citizen card, military ID, etc.

These details will be necessary when filling out the consent form..

In other words, no ID, no party.

  • It’s my first tattoo, what do I need to know ?

We encounter people every day who are interested in are getting their first tattoo with us. So yes, we do know how you feel..

There is no age limit for your first tattoo, except for minors. Some people get their first tattoo in their late 80’s, so you shouldn't feel ashamed to say that to your artist.

We do urge you to let us know if it is your first time, so feel free to ask your artist anything you need to know before getting started.

When the day of your appointment finally arrives, please follow these simple rules:

    - Do not drink alcohol on the way and try to stay sober from the day before. Alcohol is a blood thinner and it has the potential to make things complicated while you’re getting tattooed.

    - Have a substantial meal before your appointment.

    - Keep the sugar levels up, stay hydrated and keep some snacks to hand.

    - Tell the artist if you are feeling light headed or weak, this is completely normal, but we need to know in order to manage the situation with care.

    - The session might take longer than you initially thought, so its best to keep your schedule as flexible as possible.

    - Depending on the placement of your tattoo, we recommend that you wear suitable clothing, in order to make it easier for both yourself and the tattooist. We would also advise against wearing any expensive clothing or white garments, as these can be stained easily.

    - Personal hygiene is important! Please ensure you are clean, in respect of the tattooist and the other people in the shop.

After getting tattooed by us, please stay away from; sun, baths and the gym. The tattoo needs to be looked after for a month once it’s completed, and it won’t stay the same if you do otherwise! if you don’t follow our guidelines you can be at risk to possible infections.

Ultimately, if you are about to fly out for your summer holidays, you might want to reschedule your appointment

  • I’m vegan, is the ink vegan as well?

Yes! All the inks we use are vegan.

  • Can I bring a friend?

The safety of our customers is paramount, though if it's important for you to have someone with you, we suggest arranging a time when the studio is less busy.

However, please take into consideration the time it may take for us to complete your tattoo. If your design has been scheduled for hours - as your friend cannot join you inside the tattoo area, this is how long you would be asking them to wait around for you.

  • Why are tattoos so expensive?

All of you at some point, have wondered why tattoos are so pricey or even so much cheaper in different areas.

    The answer is in the details, so here‘s what you need to know about our pricing;

The money you pay doesn't go directly to the tattooist, but it is split as a percentage between the studio and the artist. So if you consider that, the price already sounds more reasonable.

Once you fill out our form, giving us your consent to be tattooed - your slot is booked, and no longer available for any potential customers that have walked in. so even if you are getting the smallest tattoo, the artist will have to set up his station, using consumables of the studio such as gloves, cling film, paper, couch rolls, vaseline, ink, cups, needles and so on.

So when your stencil is finally done and you are ready to sit on the bench, a good 20 minutes where your tattooist has been working - has passed.

Another thing to consider, is the area in which you have chosen to get tattooed. If the studio is located in a central area (where the rent is much higher) the studio would have to cover more expenses compared to smaller cities and countrysides.

    Time + labour + expenses +

artist’s skills + rent = the minimum spend.
